this video came at the right time! i am going into my senior year of high school and the only way i can describe how i feel is morbidly confused. just.... so confused about what the future holds. i have so many dreams and ideas and i feel extremely pressured to narrow them all down to one and figure out what the heck to do. for my whole life, my upcoming years were always certain. i would always be in school for as far forward as i could imagine, and now, i have no idea what my life will look like just in the next 8 months. i know that i will be happy when i am living in the present, but it might take some forcing myself to be able to do that. this day is a gift, God didn't owe me another day, so i need to be happy in just that!

The reason why i clicked on this video is not bc of what the title suggests concern me, but rather the thumbnail and i've always loved listening to Dustin. I am going to be 19 in two months. ngl i've always have this idea of growing out of teenage years, like "ohhh i am not going to be a cool teenager anymore, how sad" but at the same time,there are so many things i want to do in my 20s. i am moving out alone for uni in very foreign country and the sch starts on my BIRTHDAY!!! I am just so excited to be doing things i've never done here in this age.

Since I was a kid (around 10 year-old) I was always scared to grow up. I knew that the time would be passing faster and faster, and it was true. Now I'm at my 2nd year at the college and everything in my life is going the wrong way, I'm lost and don't have an idea what to do. Thinking about the future doesn't help, as I associate it with fear, not hope like a few years back. And I just turned 20 this month, so it's much harder to thunk positively...
